@JohnGalt5 the first one is the BluRay version. The second is the Remastered (RM) in 4K BluRay version. The third (this one) is the Remastered in 4K Director's Cut (DC) version.

Be aware that it's the Theatrical Cut (non DC) that has the commentary track included.
